Getting around
Good to know
I live right next door, so I'm always available if you need anything — whether it's about your stay or help exploring Kashmir. My family and I are happy to assist, and we have a dedicated helper for things like carrying luggage and making sure your stay is comfortable.
We can connect you with reliable taxi drivers for day trips to Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg. You coordinate and deal with the drivers directly — we simply share contacts.
Homemade breakfast — omelette, Kashmiri bread, parathas, and tea. ₹500 per person, served in your apartment after 8 AM. Please let us know a day in advance if you'd like to opt in.
No in-house meals beyond breakfast. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to cook. Swiggy and Zomato both deliver here, and several cafés and restaurants are within walking distance.
We encourage guests to maintain a tidy space during their stay. A deep clean with fresh linen can be arranged on request, at a chargeable cost.
The property is inverter-backed. Power cuts are rare and usually under 1–2 hours. Heating appliances won't work during a cut, but lights, WiFi, and charging points stay on.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. You're welcome to use the balcony or outdoor areas.
Friends or relatives from Srinagar can't come over to the apartment. If you're planning a visit, please discuss it with us first so we can advise.
After your booking is confirmed, we'll request a valid government-issued ID for all guests, as required by local regulations.
Subject to availability — please ask in advance.
RFID-controlled main gate, CCTV in common areas and entrances, and a fire extinguisher on the premises. Quiet, secure neighbourhood.
Worth knowing
Posh has ceiling fans only. Srinagar summers are mild for most of May–September; if AC is non-negotiable, see Tarseel (1A), Nazm (1B), Noor (3A) or Sukoon (3C).
Maskan has no elevator. Posh is one short flight up from the gate, easily managed with luggage.
A proper dining table for up to four — useful for families and longer stays where breakfast and dinner aren't squeezed onto the coffee table.
